1. Scope
Warranty coverage is defined for each product, market and transaction in the applicable quotation, sales document, warranty statement or product documentation. Those specific documents prevail over this general page.
2. Covered conditions
Where stated in the applicable documents, coverage generally addresses verified defects in materials or workmanship arising during the defined warranty period under proper installation, operation, storage and maintenance.
3. Exclusions
Coverage generally excludes normal wear, consumables, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or repair, unsuitable utilities, incompatible materials, corrosion from service conditions, accidents and failure to follow approved instructions.
4. Inspection and authorization
Products must not be returned or dismantled for a warranty claim without instructions. BlastPro® or the authorized representative may require photographs, serial numbers, purchase records, operating information and inspection before determining coverage.
5. Remedies
The available remedy may include repair, replacement of an affected component, product replacement or another solution defined in the applicable warranty. No remedy is automatic before technical evaluation.
6. Shipping and service costs
Freight, travel, labor, customs, access and related costs are handled according to the applicable sales and warranty documents and the result of the technical evaluation.
7. Authorized channels
Claims should be initiated through the authorized distributor or BlastPro® contact associated with the purchase. Distributor authorization and territory should be verified through the current network.
8. Contact
To request guidance, send the product, serial number, purchase reference, application, operating conditions and description of the issue to info@blast-pro.com.
